Low cost
One of the main strategic goals of Dinozaver software is keeping the company unencumbered by freeloaders. We are all engineers. We offer our services at competitive prices, because we don't have to pay the guy who spends half of his days by the water cooler and the other half playing freecell, but can't be fired, because he's the CEO's nephew, and we don't have to pay the guy who fiddles around with a spreadsheet all day and calls himself a "program manager" or something similar. We offer our services at pretty much the prices you can get from freelancers.
Corporate style processes
If the project requires, we can adapt to any formal development process. We can go RUP, agile, scrum, extreme, we can do the conservative old waterfall, if so required. If you want us to investigate and produce a spec for you to review and confirm, you are not going to get the "it's alright, just tell me what you want" response from us, as you would get from a self-taught freelance cowboy. If you don't yet have a process, we will identify the most appropriate one for your project.
Open source quality
All our engineers are university educated, large software company tempered, but the biggest influence on our engineering style comes from open source. It is widely known and acknowledged, that open source software is of the highest quality, and we always try to achieve and maintain that level of quality. We insist that our code is signed with our names and we take pride in the quality of our code, our architecture, and our processes.
